Refund Policy

You only pay for what we verify

veatrice bills prepaid credits, and a credit is consumed only on a successful, conclusive verification. Inconclusive checks are never charged, so there is nothing to refund for them.

Unused credits

Unused prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 10% have been consumed. Contact us and we'll process the refund to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
