User Responsibilities

  • Trademarks: The Veatrice.com name, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Veatrice.com
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written consent

User Content

User Content refers to all data and information you input into the Service, including:

  • Contact information (names, emails, phone numbers, etc.)
  • Company information (names, addresses, websites, etc.)
  • Opportunity data (deal values, stages, notes, etc.)
  • Notes and activity logs

  • Images (profile pictures, logos, product images)

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all User Content you input into the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to input and store such content.

License

By inputting User Content into the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account or the content.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all User Content you input into the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to input such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but please note:

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt the Service
  • Modifications: We may modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time
  • Third-Party Services: Availability of third-party integrations is subject to the terms and availability of those services

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability or interruption.

Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Prohibited Uses

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veatrice.com shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from Service interruption or unavailability

Indemnification

Termination

These Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either party:

By User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

By Veatrice.com

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Inactivity for an extended period
  • Discontinuation of the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, after which it cannot be recovered. You may request an export of your data before termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Veatrice.com is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations between the parties
  • If negotiation fails, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association
  • Courts of competent jurisdiction if arbitration is not available or enforceable

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending you an email notification for significant changes
  • Displaying a prominent notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.
